ท่านที่อบรมจิตใจเป็นอย่างดี
ในคุณธรรมที่จะนำไปสู่การตรัสรู้
ไม่ยึดมั่น ยินดีในความปล่อยวาง
ท่านเหล่านั้น เป็นพระอรหันต์ สงบ สว่าง
เข้าถึงพระนิพพานแล้วในโลกนี้

Whose minds are well perfected
In the Factors of Enlightenment,
Who without clinging, delight in detachment -
They, the corruption-free, radient ones,
Have attained Nibbana in the Here-and-Now.
